Ar-Y-Don boasts a fabulous enclosed south-facing wrap around patio, which gives the property great indoor/outdoor living space. The lounge and kitchen both open out onto the paved patio with enough furniture for 6, you could eat al fresco at the unique fire pit bar table with high stools, whilst enjoying the evening sun. 

 

​The outside space has everything you need for entertaining and relaxing in the fresh sea air. Enjoy cooking on the Ninja wood fired electric BBQ/Grill smoker finished with a double Belfast sink and outside shower both with hot/cold water and sit at the solid wood picnic bench with large sun umbrella thats great for family dining.

In the kitchen there is a dining table seating 6 with 4 chairs and a bench along with a fridge-freezer, oven and hob with extractor over, washer-dryer, and the usual appliances.

The Annex sleeps up to 6 people. At the rear of the Ground Floor you will find a double bedroom with a brand new en-suite shower room. On the First Floor there are two large bedrooms with sea views - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is also a modern shower room, which has a shower, hand wash basin and toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided.
